Welcome to the Haus Barke vacation rental.

This exceptionally beautiful 67-square-meter, three-bedroom ground-floor apartment in Scharbeutz invites you to enjoy a relaxing, wonderful, and unforgettable vacation.
The promenade and the beach are just a few steps away. With two bedrooms and a modern living and dining area, there’s plenty of space here for four people to relax and enjoy themselves. A high chair is also available for our younger guests.

The living area features a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, a stereo system, and Wi-Fi access. The kitchenette is modern and equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove, a glass-ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, and everything you need on vacation. Each bedroom is furnished with a large double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), and one of them also has a flat-screen TV. (Please note that you’ll need to bring your own bedding; one double bed has separate mattresses, while the other has a single, continuous mattress.) To keep the room from being too bright while you sleep, you can darken the windows throughout the apartment with pleated blinds. In addition to its cozy atmosphere and beautiful rain shower, the bathroom also features a hair dryer and a washing machine.

Outside, a lovely south-facing terrace with patio furniture offers the opportunity to barbecue (electric grill provided). You can also relax in a hanging chair, whether indoors or outdoors.

A parking space in the carport is included with the apartment, as is a lockable bike shed that provides ample space for bicycles, SUP boards, surfboards, or similar items. Pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking apartment.

Welcome to the Barke Residential Complex in Scharbeutz.

The Barke Residential Complex is just a few steps away from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach. The quiet location, the spacious apartments, and—last but not least—the passenger elevator set this vacation home apart.
You’ll find a modern building offering well-maintained amenities and spacious 2- to 3-room apartments. Good shopping options and numerous restaurants are located nearby, ensuring nothing stands in the way of a relaxing vacation. Parking spaces and a bicycle storage room are, of course, available.
