The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. The apartment was large and modern with plentiful pillows and towels. It was very quiet for sleeping. Mattresses were comfortable enough. The check in and check out process were a bit strange and the agency had waited until the very last minute to “confirm” a booking I’d made over three months ago.
