You enter the apartment, located on the first floor, through a private entrance. The spacious living/bedroom features a double bed with high-quality Dormiente natural latex mattresses. The cozy couch offers an additional sleeping option (90 x 200 cm). A flat-screen TV is also provided. The adjoining kitchen/dining area features a dining table with four chairs, as well as a kitchenette with a stovetop, refrigerator, electric kettle, and French press coffee maker. The “Jungle Bath” features a walk-in shower. The apartment is located on a traffic-calmed street. A paid parking garage is located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. The town center is just a few meters away.
The apartment is located in the heart of Wasserburg’s Old Town. There are two excellent Italian restaurants and various shopping options nearby. The Sculpture Trail is also just a short walk away.
