• "Salt, Sun & Siestas" is ideally located on Okaloosa Island offering a lower density beach vacation. There aren’t any high rises on OKI, so no more fighting for space or sitting in the 5th row! There are so many activities to enjoy, including:
• Okaloosa Island Beach: A pristine stretch of white sand and emerald green water offering parasailing, pontoon & jet-ski rentals, and a fishing pier!
• The Boardwalk with many shops and restaurants, beach volleyball, and a fishing pier + seasonal fireworks shows!
• Wild Willys Adventure Zone - Features go-karts, mini-golf, bumper rides, and more, catering to family fam!
• Destin – Just a short drive away you can spend the day enjoying the Harbor, Destin Commons, and a wide variety of shops, restaurants, golf, and spas!
HOUSE RULES
• Minimum Age: This property requires a minimum of one adult over the age of 25 stay at the property throughout the entire rental term. The primary guest is responsible for all additional guests.
• Pet Free Property - Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges. Our building does not allow guest pets and Emotional Support Animals are not required to be allowed by law in vacation rentals.
• All reservations include a mandatory rental agreement to finalize your reservation that must be signed within 48 hours.
• CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 PM CST and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM CST.
• Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be in your arrival instructions at check in time.
• No smoking/vaping/drugs/firearms allowed in our condo or balcony
• Max number of guests includes guests of all ages including infants/children to comply with our vacation rental permit, HOA laws, and local fire code laws. Exceeding the guest count is grounds for immediate eviction with no refund.
• Parking for up to 2 cars in the open lot

As soon as you walk in the view of the ocean is breathtaking. I really liked that it was a top floor, end unit and it felt very family friendly. Would definitely book again!

Outside looked older and photos on line made the rooms look bigger. Great view, pool was nice. Traffic around this area is very busy.

Pros: beautiful view and nice outdoor furniture on balcony. Leather furniture. Nice big dining table. Washer and dryer. Chair service was excellent. Pool was kept clean. Cons: dirty appearance from outside the door. Inside the door the rug was filled with sand I lifted it up to put in closet and got sand all over me. Inside the front door was dirty . Got a lot off just water and paper towel. Baseboards and doors to bedrooms and bathrooms with dust/ hair build up. In guest room clump of hair on " clean" pillow. Closet wire shelf have a thick build up of hair and dust that i tried getting off before I hung up anything. Picture frame on dresser had dust and splatter on it. Put in drawer for visit. Decorations on wall were build up with hair and dust. Bedroom furniture such as wicker headboard had hairs all in it. Dressers need cleaned on the outside. Guestroom bedskirton floor too big.In living room and master bedroom fake plants very dusty. Vents were dusty. Above breakfast bar splatters all on ceiling. A lot of paint touch ups need done throughout. Dirty dishes in cabinets. Bathroom shower curtain liner needed changed. Felt dirty after getting a shower. Hair dryers on wall didn't work. Master bathroom outlet didn't work at all. Contacted property manager about cleanliness. Was supposed to send someone out to clean but never did. Did drop off working hair dryers!FeLong story short it was not clean and needs a deep clean and paint touch ups
