Our vacation home, Oskar, located in D-04509 Löbnitz, is suitable for 4 adults and one toddler (0–3 years old). The vacation home is also equipped with an alarm system, making it secure. The first floor of the house is wheelchair-accessible. The vacation home features a barrier-free entrance as well as barrier-free access to the patio and shower. It has 2 bedrooms, two fully equipped bathrooms with a tub and shower, an open-concept living/kitchen area, a fireplace, TV, sauna, and an utility room with a washer and dryer, as well as a small boat.
A wallbox with a Type 2 plug is also available for your use. The open, bright living, dining, and kitchen area can become the heart of your vacation together. The large windows bring the atmosphere of the four seasons right into your home. In addition to the high-quality amenities (floor heating, built-in kitchen with modern appliances, sauna…), you’ll find a harmoniously coordinated interior design. The lake is just 100 meters from the vacation home. It is reserved exclusively for residents of Mühlfeldsee. With your modern vacation home right on Mühlfeldsee, you can enjoy your well-deserved days off in 90 square meters of living space. The spacious sun terrace and the 430-square-meter property invite you to relax, enjoy barbecue evenings, and spend time socializing. Your fully equipped vacation home leaves almost nothing to be desired.

Lake Mühlfeld is part of the Leipzig New Lake District and is located right next to the village of Löbnitz, with a population of 2,000, in a charming setting surrounded by nature. To the west lie Seelhausener See and other lakes. These were created by former open-pit lignite mining and are part of the Central German Lake District. To the north lie the Muldenauen floodplains and the 75,000-hectare Dübener Heide Nature Park. By car or bike, you’ll find a wide variety of excursion options and cultural activities. You can explore the nearby nature reserves in the Leipzig Neuseenland and the Dübener Heide, as well as the inspiring city of Leipzig. Located about 25 km away, Leipzig offers you, your children, and your friends a diverse range of shopping, recreational, cultural, and sports activities—no matter the weather. From Auerbachs Keller to the Belantis amusement and adventure park, the Grassi Museum, the Mädlerpassage, St. Nicholas Church in Leipzig, the Monument to the Battle of the Nations, the Woliday water park, and the world-famous Leipzig Zoo—not to mention first-class sporting events (e.g., 1st Division: soccer, handball) and the Leipzig Trade Fair, the growing art and culture scene, and a seemingly endless culinary selection and variety of pubs, Leipzig offers you a welcome change of pace and plenty of variety. Bedding and Towels

Bedding and/or towels are not included as standard in the vacation home. You can bring your own bedding and towels or rent them from us on-site. Towels cost €7.50 per person; bedding costs €10.50 per person. Bed linens refer to sheets (including fitted sheets), duvet covers
