The perfectly landscaped lot, the gleaming white-gray facade, and the floor-to-ceiling windows already hint at the elegance and high-end quality found inside the home.

This luxurious penthouse is located on the top floor of Villa Schlossblick, which was completed in March 2022, and offers the highest standard of living in a comfortable living space of approximately 67 square meters. You’ll find yourself in the heart of one of Germany’s most beautiful hiking regions, right next to the only private golf course with a view of the Baltic Sea and the UNESCO-protected national park featuring the oldest beech forest.

The spacious, fully equipped sun terrace—a true paradise spanning approximately 48 square meters—offers an especially delightful vacation experience. Unobstructed views of the golf course and partial distant views of the Baltic Sea are, of course, included. An electric grill and, of course, sun loungers for extensive sunbathing ensure the perfect summer experience.
In the modern, light-filled living/dining room with stylish furniture, you’ll find a cozy seating area, a Smart TV (Bluetooth), and a CD player with radio. Visually separated from the living area is the sunny dining area, perfect for enjoyable get-togethers.
The fully equipped, lightweight built-in kitchen—harmoniously integrated into the living/dining area—features top-of-the-line appliances, including a combination oven/microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, toaster, electric kettle, and various small kitchen items—leaves nothing to be desired.
In the spacious, bright bedroom with a high-quality double bed by Sudbrock—equipped with a 7-zone mattress from Two in Hotel One—an unparalleled sleeping experience is guaranteed, so that every day can begin with a smile. The separate walk-in closet, accessible directly from the bedroom, is definitely an added highlight. Of course, the bedroom features a flat-screen TV.
The modern shower room ensures a relaxing start to the day. The custom-built bathroom interior offers plenty of storage and space (large sink). A washer-dryer (combo unit) is also available for your use.

Overall, the apartment impresses with its style, elegance, and cozy atmosphere, as well as its quiet location near the national park.
All in all—an absolute vacation dream for two people—and your small, well-behaved four-legged friend is also very welcome here.
