The industrial-style decor features works of art and photos inspired by the bourbon industry and horse racing. Walking distance to some of the best restaurants in the city, iconic bars, quirky shops, Kroger Field and UK Campus. A short drive away to Downtown, Rupp Arena, the Distillery District, Keeneland, the Bourbon Trail and many other attractions.

2nd time staying at this property. Location was perfect. Parking was a bit tricky when having a large car, but made it work. Would recommend.

Very close to restaurants. You can walk every night to your place to eat. Very clean and spacious.

House is located in a nice neighborhood with shops and restaurants nearby. The parking space for the first floor unit is tight in a full-size vehicle, and possibly not manageable if the upstairs unit parking spaces are occupied; house was not thoroughly cleaned; window coverings were lacking especially in the bathrooms with upstairs windows next door.
