On a quiet side street on the southern end of Topsail Beach, Hoff #1 is a modestly priced vacation home treasure. A stay at this home will reward you with ocean views, Serenity Point pond scenery, and a quiet locale on a budget. This wallet-friendly home will accommodate up to 8 people and up to 3 dogs so you can enjoy a stay at the beach with your human and canine family members! Beach and sound accesses are just a walk away!

What a great place to get the family together and be able to include the dogs. Only steps from the beach for morning walks, and a block from the Sound for an evening swim in the tidal pools. This house has a great top deck for getting sun, or a middle deck if you need shade. Well appointed kitchen with 2 coffee makers-great when some fo the family drinks decaf. We'll keep Hoff1 on the top of our list for next year.

Had a very relaxing time. Always love coming to Topsail. Found many small shark teeth. Couple of pieces of sea glass. Not many shells this trip focused more on the shark teeth. Grads fished, hung out on beach, and drove around and enjoyed different parts of island. They had the best week.

Would definitely stay again. Property is a bit worn. However, nothing that would detract from the stay. One reviewer said it was kind of like visiting the grand parents beach cottage. I think that is accurate. The access to the beach and sound is excellent.

House is super close to ocean. Decks are the best thing to house.
