A spacious open-concept living room anchors the main floor, with a seating area that has plenty of room for everyone and a large smart TV. The dining space seats the whole group, with 2 tables suited for 10+ people and extra high-top seating. A wet bar keeps refreshments flowing, with an undercounter ice maker, a beverage fridge, an extra dishwasher, a full complement of glassware, and drip and Keurig coffee makers. The gourmet kitchen has 2 full refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens and ranges, generous counter space, and everything else needed to cook and serve meals for the entire party. A King suite with a private bathroom and a private beachfront porch is also on this level, along with a hall half bath and a laundry room.

6 bedrooms in a mix of layouts fill the middle floor, which opens with a second living room featuring a large smart TV and a wet bar with a beverage fridge. A bedroom with a pair of Queen beds has its own private beachfront porch and private bathroom, and a beachfront bunkroom for 3 has 3 built-in XL Twins and a private bathroom. 4 beachfront King bedrooms round out the floor, each with a private bath and access to either an expansive shared porch or an intimate private porch. Another laundry room adds convenience.

A third large living room with a large smart TV gives the top level a more intimate place to gather. 2 final bedrooms each sleep up to 6 with 2 XL Twins over 2 Queens, plus access to the beachfront porch. Each also has a deluxe bathroom setup, with a large vanity area featuring a triple sink, a private shower and toilet room, and a separate tub and toilet, so each room effectively has 2 bathrooms and lots of people can get ready at the same time.

Outside, expansive covered porches span large portions of all 3 floors, each with plenty of outdoor seating and dining space, and they lead to the deck off the main floor, where a lovely private heatable pool is ideal for lounging beside or cooling off from the summer sun. Charcoal grills under the house add even more outdoor dining options, perfect for beachside barbecues. Just over a dune walkover, your own private stretch of sugar-white sand beach awaits, and an outdoor shower makes washing off the sand and getting back to relaxing simple.

Southern Holiday sits 5.6 miles west of Hwy 59 and the center of Gulf Shores, on a serene stretch of coast with spectacular views of both the Gulf and Little Lagoon.

This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. For Music Festival dates, a refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as expected.
