Are you looking for a vacation right by the beach and an apartment view that will make your vacation unforgettable?
The apartment is located in our apartment complex at Lago Esperanza, on Alcudia Bay—just 200 meters from one of Mallorca’s most popular sandy beaches, Playa de Muro.
The vacation rental features two bedrooms, each with a double bed; a living-dining area with a sleeper sofa for added comfort; a separate kitchen; a bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, and bidet, as well as a spacious terrace/balcony with a southwest-facing view of Lago Esperanza. You’re also welcome to use our rooftop terrace, located on top of your apartment building, Building A. Our apartments are equipped with satellite TV and Wi-Fi. Towels and bed linens are provided upon your arrival. A large supermarket is a 2-minute walk away.
Nearby attractions include the Albufera National Park, which is within walking distance, the “Hidropark” water park, and the promenade around the Puerto de Alcudia marina, with its numerous restaurants. Be sure to plan a guided tour of Alcudia’s Old Town, which is surrounded by a medieval city wall and, with its small shops, promises a wonderful vacation atmosphere
. Cycling enthusiasts can rent bikes at the Alcudia/North and Alcudia/ South, operated by MAx Hürzeler (www.huerzeler.com). If you’re a fan of cycling and hiking tours, we recommend visiting in the spring or fall. Alcudia Bay, with its 16-kilometer-long fine-sand beach, is perfect for beautiful walks along the shore. Did you know that Playa de Muro, just a 2-minute walk from the resort, is one of the most popular beaches in Mallorca? The crystal-clear water brings a Caribbean vibe to the Balearic Islands. A little further away lies a vast dune landscape bordering the neighboring town of Can Picafort. There, you can stroll along the promenade or experience Mallorca’s nightlife in the bars and nightclubs.
You can reach Palma, Mallorca’s capital, in 45 minutes by car, or you can take the bus, which departs right near the accommodation.

Pros:
- Very close to the beach, supermarket and, restaurants (less than 5 minutes walk)
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Very friendly and helpful staff
- Nice and quiet apartment complex
Cons:
- No A/C, and in the summer it can get quite hot
- Though comfortable, the beds are a bit old with a thin mattress
- During our 40 days stay, we were left without electricity and water for a few hours a couple of times, this was due to the extreme heat

Very good location, close to a shops/bar/caffe/beach/lake. Good size rooms, nice balcony. Easy communicate.
No aircon and washing machine in apartment, however washing machine available on site for 3 eur per wash.
Enjoyed staying.
