Upon entering, you'll find a cozy living area featuring high whitewashed ceilings and a stone gas-burning fireplace, flanked by a well-equipped kitchen and dining space.

Sleeping & Bath Layout:

Primary Suite (Main Level): Queen bed, full en-suite bathroom, large closet, access to the garage, and French doors leading out to a private backyard deck.

Loft & Bedroom 2 (Upstairs via Staircase 1): A full bathroom at the foot of the stairs leads up to a loft area and a snug bedroom with a Double bed.

Bedrooms 3 & 4 (Upstairs via Staircase 2): A second set of stairs leads to two additional bedrooms—one with two Twin beds and another airy room with a Queen bed.

Outside, enjoy room to play in the snow during winter or store all your outdoor equipment in the large garage/shed. Kilner Park is nearby with tennis courts, volleyball, a playground, and 7 acres of wooded trails. You’re also moments away from Sunnyside Resort, Firesign Cafe, local markets, and ski shuttles/resorts (Homewood, Alpine Meadows, and Palisades Tahoe).

**The front door currently has a plywood patch due to a bear break-in; a new door is on order.

Climate: Like most traditional Tahoe homes, there is NO A/C, but fans are provided.

Amenities: Fully equipped kitchen (no pantry items due to wildlife), washer/dryer, linens/towels, and Wi-Fi.
