The Farmhouse is a well kept,large and homey property. We enjoyed the cobblestone street and strolling through the historic neighborhood. They took care in the decorating and we felt at home. Thank you

The property is conveniently located in the downtown area of Wilmington. The house is very old but very spacious. The floors were a little uneven so you had to be careful when walking the halls. The bathroom is small and outdated with a bathtub and shower combination. It was difficult to use when getting in and out of the shower. The bed was comfortable and the area was very quiet. The kitchen is big but outdated. The host was very pleasant and allowed us to check in a few hours early which was nice. The TV and Internet worked well. I would give it a better rating if it was updated snd had a better bathroom.
