Great property, great location!! Loved the front porch and swings. Could hear the upstairs neighbors every move but otherwise an amazing place.

This house was so perfect for my stay in Wilmington. It is spacious with three bedrooms and large bathroom. The living area and kitchen were a perfect size for a small group of people. And the location was amazing. It was so close to the riverwalk, I walked there every day. The host communicated with me and was very responsive. The check in process was extremely smooth. I had such a wonderful trip thanks to this stay. I will definitely be back again!
