BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
• RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
• NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
• AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
• CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
• CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
• MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
• PARKING PASSES: 1 The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
• CANCELLATION POLICY (MODERATE): Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a 100% refund, 14 to 29 days before check-in for a 50% refund, and less than 14 days before check-in, no refund. Refunds are not issued for late arrivals, early departures, or weather, including hurricanes and named storms. We recommend optional travel insurance.
• WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.
• RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

The check in process was easy. The designated parking spot was convenient and close to the condo. The beach access was super convenient and extremely close to the condo. You had a great view of the beach from the condo on the wrap around porch. The beach was not crowded and there was always a spot to put your things. The pool and property were nice and well maintained. The condo was clean but it could use some updating in terms of maintenance. You can tell the condo has been used quite frequently. It is by no means run down though. There was a broom but no dust pan which would have been helpful. Everything in the condo was in working order. No issues with any appliances, the a/c system working properly, or tv’s. The quality of the construction and materials used in the entire property are a little on the lower end. You can hear people walking by while inside the condo and hear people walking above you at times. I would definitely recommend. The condo and facility have everything you need with a very convenient location.

Great property! Unit is extremely comfortable and well maintained. Super location that’s close to everything! Amazing ocean view from the deck and literally steps from the white sandy beach where you can walk for miles in either direction all times of day . Beach right out front isn’t busy and great place to sit out and enjoy the ocean. Pool and hot tub was great and your so close to all the restaurants and shopping. Would highly recommend!

Bathroom had towel bars that were barely hanging in the wall When we removed a towel after showering it hit the floor, The shower curtain was the same way, it was not fastened and was laying on top of the tub wall.
Parking is a serious problem You only have 1 parking pass per unit We had 2 cars and were told that we had to go across the busy street to park for a fee. we went over there to park the car and were told to park it in the lot next door. The lot had a sign on it that said it was closed from November 1st to February 29 There were probably 8 cars in the lot for the condo the entire time we were there (5 days) We did have some problems with one of the televisions, and it was repaired promptly.
