Wow! We absolutely loved this property. It was clean. Had almost everything we needed. I would recommend a mop and a dish drainer and some kitchen tea towels to hand dry hands and/or dishes. We will definitely book this unit again. Thank you Mr. Mann for an unforgettable vacation.

The views are the best part about this condo. We enjoyed the sunrise and sunset every day. However, there were long waits for the elevator to the 21st floor. The two bedrooms and two full bathrooms were nice and gave us room to spread out. The kitchen utensils were very limited and in poor condition. There were no beach toys or board games, which we are used to having in rentals. The Splash complex was dated. All of the pools were freezing and the lazy river did not have a current. It was just a curvy pool. My emails through the VRBO app to the owner before and after the trip went unanswered.

The property was clean. The room could use a deep cleaning in the cabinets and reorganized. The queen bed was super squeaky and very obnoxious. Being on 21st floor get ready to wait and stop in the non air conditioned elevators.
