Hands down the best place we have ever stayed in north Myrtle! Super clean. Had everything we needed. It was such a homey place. Great view from the balcony. Easy to get around. Quick walk to the beach. Easy access to the indoor and outdoor pools. Easy on site parking and a lot right across the road. Not a highly trafficked area. Super peaceful place. I highly recommend staying here!

We loved our stay. Perfect location, place was cute and nicely decorated. Many things to do around the area and we loved hanging out on our balcony and having the option of an indoor and outdoor pool. Only issue we had is that the floors need a good cleaning including the carpet and laminate. We ended up just wearing shoes inside as our feet would get so dirty. The rest of the place was super clean. Also, in doing laundry we cleaned the lint trap and it appeared to have not been cleaned in a really long time so I would just keep an eye on that as it is a fire hazard. We would definitely stay again as the issues were minimal and a good cleaning of the floors and carpet would solve any issues. Thank you for a great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property was clean and well kept. Everyone was very nice. The inside of the condo was nicely done however the shower curtain rod fell and wouldn't stay up it was 4 days to hear from maintenance but that was it otherwise a delightful stay. We will stay again.

Our mindset was very relaxed so we had an amazing time in North Myrtle Beach last week. The Sunday check in process was very poor. Management did not have our keys in the lock box and the owner was very rude when she came to open the office and give us the keys after 5pm, although check in time is at 3. She didn’t even greet us. The washing machine stopped working, and the company lied and said that they contacted appliance repair shops who would come to fix it. Later they sent a staff member who showed up without a mask, and was using YouTube tutorials to fix the washer. Thankfully, he didn’t talk much given the pandemic. And the washing machine was never repaired. The TVs didn’t work. And we didn’t get entry door keys until the day before we left.
Overall, we had a great time because of my family’s love and positive energy. I would not go back with Booe Realty. I honestly feel like management, comparable to many businesses in the south, was quite racist. I expected it, so I didn’t let it stop us from enjoying the experience.
