Newly refurbished and newly listed by trusted VRBO Premier Hosts! This spacious 5 bedroom, 3 bath house has enough room for everyone to get their own bed. Nestled on a cul-de-sac at the back of a beautiful neighborhood and less than 2 miles from colonial downtown Burlington with gorgeous historic homes and restaurants. Please note, we are a pet free and smoke/vape free property.

Staying here was like being in a 5 star hotel, but in a house. They had many amenities that were not even mentioned that we did not expect. It was close to Cincinnati, where most of our obligations were. The trip into the city from the house was quite easy.

The property listed did not match the advertised property. Landscaping at the front of the house was overgrown, not clean and neat like in the picture. Furniture throughout the house was different than shown in the pictures. Toothpaste left for guest to use, had already previously been used and left in the cabinets in the bathrooms. Several closet doors were off track, guest reset them. Guest complained about how uncomfortable the beds were and did not sleep well. Smoking was not allowed outside, however there was a fire pit in the back of the property, though not used, one guest stated that it would have been nice to have built a fire to relax and smoke a cigar. Fortunately, we had a full plan with visiting the Ark and Creation Museum and was not at the house except at night. I would use Vrbo again, but I would not recommend this particular property.

The house was mostly well-kept and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dining ware and appliances for the 7 of us. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked fairly well. There were a couple of minor items in need of repair, but they did not hinder our stay. The only issue was the towels smelled musty. Cleaning the front loading washing machine may solve that problem. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and may visit again as it is located very close to relatives.
