This condo oasis (MP 7) is only 1 mile (5 minutes) from the famous OBX beaches! PLUS its situated right on the sound and boasts beautiful sunset and bird sanctuary views. The condo is a quick bike ride to the famous Wright Brothers Memorial, grocery stores, and many restaurants.
Enjoy use of a pool onsite (open May to early October) and tennis courts on the condo's property.
Parking is free onsite and a public boat ramp is 1 mile away!

Great experience! Loved the view of the sound from the porch & living room. Nice central location in Kill Devil Hills. Near a lot of restaurants, a grocery store, mini golf, etc. Less than a 5 minute drive to the beach. There were a few minor things I didn't love but nothing major (beds not made, dishwasher not unloaded). During our stay we noticed one of the stairs getting up to the condo came off so we let the owners know & they were quick to reach out to their HOA to get it fixed ASAP. Would definitely stay again!

We love this condo considering this is our 4th time staying with a 5th time coming up in September. Its a very cozy community and love the sunsets over the sound.

Check in was a breeze, very quiet peaceful neighborhood. The condo was very well stocked with all kitchen essentials and very conveniently located to food lion, Walmart and Publix. There was a couple small issues with the floor and bikes but we communicated it immediately and these issues are going to be resolved. Overall was a great stay.
