The property was beautiful! This house is perfect for a large group or multiple families. The entire family loved the pool and enjoyed how close the house was to the beach. The property manager was very responsive, and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking equipment. The checkout process was a breeze, and we were grateful for our stay. Definitely interested in rebooking in the future.

This place was wonderful. Great location. Close to the beach. I would suggest renting bikes with trailers, make the beach trips really easy. House was great well spread out.

Overall, the house was fine. It has plenty of room and big bedrooms and the living room and kitchen are comfortable. The house was clean amd tidy and the AC worked well - a minor issue at the start but it was fixed immediately. This house is clearly an income rental on the latter end of its current state. It will need to be updated at some point in the not so distant future, but it works for now and I think its mostly built into the rental price. Things that need immediate attention - the mattresses are terrible and the bedding is not far behind. I am always amazed when investors skimp here because its so important to a relaxing vacation. I would not go back unless these are updated. The kitchen is well enough appointed, but its a real hodge podge of kitchenware and everything is incredibly used amd needs updating.360 Blue was great to work with. They were incredibly responsive on the two minor issues we had while there. Overall rating on the house to rental value: C
