Upon entering this home, the three large framed 86” Samsung televisions in the spacious and well-lit living area will instantly catch your eye. The enormous and comfy sectional sofa can easily be the spot where you entertain and socialize with your friends and family.
Over to the right is the expansive kitchen and dining area. Equipped with stainless steel appliances (dual refrigerators and dual dishwashers), a large island, and granite countertops, the chef in the group will surely have a great time preparing meals for everyone!
On a cool day, open the sliding doors to let the breeze in or step outside and take a dip on your private resort style pool complete with outdoor kitchen, gourmet grill and furniture for all your entertainment needs.
Speaking of entertainment, you'll never run out of things to do as this home has an epic Polynesian themed game room. Challenge someone to a game of pool or race it out on one of the two Fast and Furious racing arcades. You'll also find a proper futuristic home theater, complete with projection screen and theater style seating, just grab some popcorn and movie nights is a sure hit!
When you're ready to call it a night, head to one of the 14 bedrooms including the master bedroom on the 2nd floor complete with a walk-in closet and an ensuite. There are a few themed spaces such as the Mickey inspired room or the Star Wars inspired bunk room as well.

Very large house had everything you would need to enjoy your stay

Working with the host - Element Homes was a good experience. They were very responsive. Although the home was listed to sleep 36, there was not enough of anything for that many people. We had 21 and barely enough coffee cups for the house. There are 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers, but one had a broken shelf that was remedied quickly by the host. Only one coffee maker until we called for another. When we arrived there were no kitchen towels, hot pads, oven mitts or high chair- which was on listing- and was brought ASAP by host. Getting in the development back to the house takes about 10 minutes, only one way in and lots of speed bumps. Slow car check in at the gate upon arrival. Parking is strictly enforced and extra spots on the street are rare. Wifi is very lacking for this many people and no reliable cell service in the area, which made using the wifi TV's nearly impossible- including the movie room. Houses are very close and can be really loud in the pool area until late. The place was good for housing our large family overall and daily trash service is awesome. Just putting this out there so you are aware before you book.

Overall house was clean, open, nice. There were a few (not a big deal) maintenance issues like outlet receptacles missing covers, sliding patio door not lockable. My only real issues were limited garbage bags and pods for dishwasher and horrible WiFi in the house. Normally WiFi wouldn’t be an issue, but the cell service in that area was absolutely horrible regardless of the network provider. Other than that, this VRBO is good and very suitable for families visiting the Orlando area. Communication with property management company was efficient and easy. Leave extra time when going to the grocery store as it was 20 minutes to go two miles during morning and evening traffic rushes.
