Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.
7 Sea Front is a recently updated, elegant 2nd row ocean home with a golf simulator. Located in Burkes Beach, this home has 7 bedrooms with great porches, a private pool, and a game room featuring a brand new golf simulator and ping pong table. This home is perfect for large groups and offers ample space to spread out.
On the first floor, be welcomed into the open layout of the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The formal dining table seats 10. The kitchen dining table seats six, and the kitchen has four bar stools. Before heading up the dual staircases, there are two bedrooms located on the first floor. The primary bedroom provides plenty of space and features a king bed with a sitting area that has a desk and a queen sofa pullout. The ensuite bath has a walk-in shower and tub. The guest bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Heading up the dual staircase, you have a second living room. The second floor has five bedrooms. The first 3 rooms have a king-size bed. The other 2 rooms are bunk rooms, one with 2 queens over 2 queens and one with 2 doubles over 2 doubles. All rooms have an ensuite bath with walk-in showers.
On the ground floor, you have an additional family room with a ping pong table. Make sure to bring your own clubs to take the brand new golf simulator for a spin. Outside, you can relax by the private pool. This house has it all for a perfect vacation.

Very roomy comfortable layout. Second living room a big plus and other areas for private getaway if there are many guest and all en-suite bedrooms. Pool was clean, beach accessories galore. Elevator was great, our golfers loved the simulator. Kitchen very well equipped. Managers were exceptional. Favorite spot was top floor balcony with fans. We plan to return next year. Recommend in a heartbeat.

Great house with lots of room for everyone. Clean and well furnished. Great proximity to walkway to beach. Close to park with bike and walking trails Soccor field and tennis or pickleball court. Very happy with this home

This property is a great location to the beach and restaurants, groceries, etc. There is a lot of space and it is a great floor plan for large families or groups. I was disappointed in the condition, but do understand that large groups and pets are a challenge. The property management company was responsive and easy to work with, but I think for the price, the property needs some work.

This house was in a great location, a few minute walk to a great beach, house had lots of space for gathering and spacious rooms; a few areas of much needed improvement are that the outdoor balconies on different levels were quite dirty and run down, one even had a screen door laying on ground, furniture on those balconies really need to be replaced for the cost of this rental; stairs leading to pool have holes in it and bees and wasps live in those and are buzzing around, some of the balcony doors have warped locks and don’t lock, property management needs more updated info; they said there are no beach towels provided but there are 25 beach towels for use and a sign that says you are free to use if you wash, dry out them away after use. We liked the pool but it is extremely small.
