The Villa is placed in a dominant area next to Scopello, in western Sicily. The area around the property has a very high landscape value with its bays and crystal waters, classified by the European Community as Site of Community Importance (SCI) and Special Protection Area (SPA). Villa Livreri is halfway between Trapani and Palermo airports (50 km ca. from both of them).
