The approximately 95-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor of a 1970s building that has recently undergone renovation of its facade and common areas.

Other things to keep in mind

7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to upload your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the Municipality of Bordighera, which is EUR 1.50 per night per person and will be collected in cash, for the first 6 nights. Children under 12 are exempt.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests in Italy.

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
