The master bedroom has a king size bed, plush designer carpeting, cable TV and an en suite bathroom with shower, separate tub, and dual vanities. The split floor plan places the guest bedrooms on the opposite side of the house with a shared bathroom between them. Your guests will be delighted by the water views from the queen guest bedroom. The third bedroom has a twin over full size bunk bed and both guest bedrooms have been finished with hard wood style flooring for a contemporary beach look and easy cleaning. The den, located off the main living room is equipped for versatility with a desk, flat screen TV and a sleeper sofa - use it as a fourth bedroom, private workspace, or TV room depending on the needs of your group. Max occupancy is listed at 8 people, but for groups with children there may be flexibility to 9 total people.
