This charming private cottage in the hills of San Pablo is a great choice for guests looking for a cozy retreat. With essential amenities of Wifi, Roku TV, comfy expandable bed with storage and linens, this lovely cottage offers a quiet place to relax. Sit on the garden bench and watch the sunset over Mount Tamalpais or open the French doors to view the garden.
The cottage kitchenette offers a refrigerator, microwave oven, IKEA induction cook plate with cookware, air fryer, electric kettle, toaster, and French press coffee maker. For your comfort: complimentary coffee, tea, and basic pantry items, along with iPhone chargers, hair dryer, bathrobes, bidet, iron, ironing board, heater, air conditioner, and umbrella. For your safety are included carbon monoxide detector/smoke alarms, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.
Due to high utility costs, additional appliances require prior approval.
Tucked into the back of the property, you’ll have lighted side gate access and your own parking space in a safe, quiet neighborhood.
Conveniently located near Wildcat Canyon – great hiking! - with an amazing view of the Bay, easy on/off from the freeway, and close to local shops: Raley’s, Natural Grocery Store, Grocery Outlet, Safeway, and Costco.
The cottage is 12 miles to UC Berkeley, 25 miles to Oakland Airport, 33 miles to the San Francisco airport, 21 miles to downtown San Francisco.

The CUTEST cottage! The AC was perfect on the hotter days, the bed an pillows were comfy, and we enoyed making coffee in the french press every morning, too. The shower had good watwr pressure, amd no lack of plush towels. Everything was just right. Even their sweet pup had the best manners! The little path to the cottage was so nice through Georgina's beautiful garden.

Beautiful, cozy, clean, and home-y space from a lovely host! My wife and I stayed for just a couple days as an artists retreat to sketch and relax, get away from the city and work on some art projects. Enjoyable backyard garden to chill in the sun and pet a friendly dog and cat (huge bonus)! Thanks for hosting us! -Scott & Sarah

This is a cute cottage in an informal and inviting yard. Georgina greeted us and was so nice and friendly. Her dog, Charlotte, was sweet and quiet and no problem at all. We had what we needed to make very simple meals and, really, that’s ideal when you’re on vacation. The bed was comfortable, the WiFi was free, there was an AC unit (which we didn’t need) and a space heater (which we did one morning). There’s a privacy screen for the bathroom and plenty of storage space.

The cottage was very clean and Georgina was a charming host and welcoming. It was quiet and air conditioned and the amenities were great. Attention to guest comfort was at the top of the list.
