House is in a great location and great space for 1 - 2 families. Having 2 living areas - basement and main floor is helpful with kids. The kitchen has pretty much everything you need if you plan to cook in. It would be helpful to clear out all the clutter to give space for guests to store their food, etc. There is a deck with nice views and a gas grill.

Absolutely PERFECT for a family skiing Granby. You walk 15 ft from the front door to the Kicking Horse run, point your skis downhill, and ride the lift to access the rest of the mntn. When you're finished, you ski literally to the front step of the house. House was new and clean. We will definitely return to this property.

Everything was great!

The house was GREAT, very clean and very well stocked. Beautiful scenery from porches. BUT, we paid for a true ski in / ski out and we were there for 5 days and the lift was not running until the morning that we were leaving to go to the airport - very disappointing & very expensive amenity that we could NOT use.
