Located in Connestee Falls, a gated community in the mountains of western North Carolina, nine miles from the town of Brevard. The Connestee community features signature waterfalls, four mountain lakes, an 18-hole championship golf course, grand clubhouse with dining, 13 miles of private hiking trails, a large heated pool, tennis & pickleball courts, and a wellness center. The house is close to the East Fork Gate on Lake Atagahi and is a short walk to the Atagahi Park.
