The cabin was very well maintained, very comfortable, and the property was beautiful. Hosts were very receptive to notes that were sent. Great to have a pool on property to unwind at the end of a busy day. I look forward to returning!

We enjoyed our stay. It was peaceful. For some reason when I read the code on the door would change at 11 am, I had it stuck in my head 11 am was check out time, so we were late checking out. As I was going thru the list of things to do on the fridge, I realized it was 10 am. I'm sure this put the cleaning crew behind and I felt awful for doing so. Our only issue was the hot tub was a little murky and there was no chlorine tablet in the floating device. We didn't get to utilize the hot tub as much as we would've like. Other than that, everything was good.

The cabin was nice, not too close or far from attractions / necessities. We had a great time exploring nearby pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The listing mentions boat docks on a first come/first serve basis and this was not the case. The only dock was an hour limit. My 10 month old was crawling on the carpeted floors and his feet and toys were black with dirt after just a couple minutes. The showers were not cleaned prior to our arrival, hair was still in both of the showers. The beds were fairly uncomfortable. The views of Douglas Lake are very limited, at best.
