Bright and cheerful condo that is maintained well and located perfectly for pool and Sunset Beach access! Pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff before and throughout our stay.

Had a great family vacation, it was big enough for myself and fiance and 7 kids...we absolutely fell in love with the place.. very peaceful and quiet..

The property was not kept clean, lots of old furniture around the Clubhouse and pool. The residence I stayed in had ant taps on the counter an d VCR with a tape stuck in it, and an old washing machine under the stairs. The dishwasher was on its last leg. The Garbage disposal did not work and the AC did not cool the living room and kitchen like the rest of the condo.
