It's hard to beat the location. In close proximity to the beach, basketball courts, tennis courts, great restaurants. Very convenient drive to grocery stores and other shopping in town. The property manager was excellent throughout the process, and a great communicator.

Our condo was very clean, location was just a 4 minute walk to the beach and there was plenty of room for our three kids. When we arrived our key code did not work, but manager quickly responded and resolved issue. Unfortunately the pool was under construction which we didn't realize and condo could use a few updates. Overall we would stay again. My favorite thing was riding scooters from our room to Main Beach. We love Fernandina beach!

Thought we would have a patio. The apartment is nice but a little dark. The keurig was not clean; I cleaned it. All in all enjoyed the stay and the area!

Upon arrival, we were unable to access the condo with the given code. It took almost 30 minutes to contact someone that could help us. We had stopped at the grocery store on the way in, so our cold items were getting warm while we waited around in 90 degree heat for a response. I asked to be granted a later checkout by one hour because of this, but was denied. There is not a door on one of the bathrooms, which made it very inconvenient with mixed genders staying there. The single bed was extremely loud and uncomfortable, I believe because of a mattress cover. There were no cleaning supplies to clean the countertops or stove after use. Also, only two trash bags were provided for the 6 days we were there. We had to make multiple single trips to the dumpster to dispose of trash. We have never had to supply cleaning products or trash bags at any other location we have stayed. Additionally, the neighbors above were quite loud, and the water spout to rinse sand off our feet so that we weren't tracking it inside had a broken, rusty knob to turn. Overall, for the price paid, we were very disappointed.
