Guest Access:
Guests have full, private access to the unit and all building amenities. Upon arrival, you will be warmly welcomed by our on-site concierge team on office hours (9 AM to 6 PM), after which you can pick up your keys at the front desk.

Located high up in the beautiful Amapas hills, this apartment offers unparalleled tranquility, fresh mountain breezes, and sweeping ocean views. You are perfectly situated just above the famous Romantic Zone and Los Muertos Beach. A short drive down the hill puts you right in the heart of Vallarta's best restaurants, bars, and beach clubs. It's the perfect peaceful retreat after a fun day in town!

Transportation: Uber and taxis are available in the area 24/7.
Airport Transfer: We offer private Suburban transportation for $120 USD. Let us know if you'd like to book this service!
Parking: If you are driving, your stay includes one secure private parking with 24/7 security.

ESSENTIAL INFO FOR YOUR STAY:
-Pre-Arrival Requirements: Completing our online check-in form is mandatory for our internal operations and to ensure a smooth stay. You will also receive a verification link to process a required security deposit. Both steps must be completed prior to your arrival to receive access to the property.
-Check-in (3:00 PM) & Check-out (11:00 AM): Our concierge team will personally welcome you and see you off during regular office hours (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM). For arrivals or departures outside of these hours, keys can be conveniently picked up or dropped off at the front desk.
-Energy Usage: Please help us conserve energy by turning off lights and A/C when you leave the apartment. Recommended A/C setting: 72–75°F (22–24°C). ⚠️ Warning: Improper use of electricity (such as leaving the A/C running while away, with doors open, or below settings) may result in an extra charge after 3 warnings from our staff.
-Cleaning: Your reservation includes the final check-out cleaning. In your check-in form, you can select if you would like daily cleaning during your stay. If you opt for daily service, please note that gratuities for our hardworking housekeeping staff are expected and highly appreciated.
-Pets: ONLY officially documented service animals are permitted ($120 USD fee per stay).
-Maintenance: You must allow our gardeners access when scheduled to avoid a $10 USD daily penalty.

We had a wonderful stay at the Avalon Condominiums. The hosts, Yane & Emmanuel, with Alila Holidays were absolutely wonderful. They were very communicative, helpful with any issues that arose, excellent resources, very kind and responsive, and helped make our extended stay a great experience. The staff at the Avalon was absolutely amazing...the security team serve as front desk, guest services, and could not have been more fabulous. They were attentive, always had a pleasant welcoming smile and assisted with logistical questions whenever needed. The views at the Avalon were exceptional, better than anywhere else in PV. The unit was well appointed, more geared towards short term rentals, but still very nice. We had a car, which helped a lot, with being at the top of the Amapas Hills. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place. No complaints. Gorgeous views. Beautiful and well maintained property with a huge pool and hot tub. Loved the gym. The unit is self is impeccable but somewhat spartan in decor. The 3rd bedroom is right off the living room and there is no bathroom in the living space. This was a SLIGht inconvenience overnight as people sleeping in the 3rd bedroom had to go into one of the other bedrooms to use the bathroom. But overall a very minor thing I merely point out for completeness. I would definitely stay here again. You also need an UBER to pretty much come and go. But they are inexpensive and easy to get. On the top of a the hills so very serene and quiet which was perfect for us.

Most beautiful condo I’ve ever stayed in!!! Felt like I was part of Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous. The view is priceless. Private pool was such a nice touch. Very luxurious condo.
