The third bedroom has lovely sea views and a King bed, also with direct deck access. The 4th bedroom has a charming Full-over-Full bunk bed with a twin trundle. Bedrooms #3 and #4 share a hall bath and all bedrooms have a flatscreen TV with Roku device to allow for streaming. A laundry closet is also located on first level for your convenience. The large space under the home allows for covered gas grilling, pool-side dining, and cornhole, as well as covered parking.
