This well decorated home (lower level of duplex) is great for families. The spiral staircase takes you to the master bedroom and bath upstairs; all other rooms are on the first level. You will find king beds in the upstairs bedroom and one downstairs bedroom. The third bedroom has six bunk style twin beds. This home has a den with wet bar and a fireplace with gas log in the living room. There's a spacious deck out front, and it's only a short walk to the beach and shopping. This home may allow a small dog (less than 40 pounds); please get details from our reservation specialists.Families only, please. 211CL | | This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day). We had a fabulous time and loved how centrally located the house was. A few concerns were the golf cart breaks, the downstairs bathtub didn’t work and the overall cleanliness of the house. Everything else was great.

My family and I go every summer for the last 30 years. This place 21- clearissa Dian stairs need some work. Replace broken items. But we love catalina and will be back.
