Newly updated 3 bedroom, 3 bath Avalon vacation home, with 3,360 sq ft located just two blocks from Front Street, where you’ll find all the restaurants, shops, casino, beach, complimentary use of a golf cart, and more.
Enjoy all the amenities you need to relax at your home away from home, including a fully stocked kitchen, open living space with a spacious deck with grill and outdoor dining for spending time with family or friends.
THE HOUSE
The open living space offers comfortable furnishings and lots of seating for relaxing. After a day at the beach, unwind while watching TV with your group or curl up with a good book in the private patio - perfect for catching some rays or enjoying your morning coffee.
Cook at home with the home's fully equipped kitchen, plenty of counters, a 4-burner gas stove and all the cooking essentials. Enjoy your meals at the 6-person dining table when you don't feel like eating out!
It’s easy to love being outside at this cozy Catalina Island vacation rental with a large private deck that includes an outdoor dining table, lounge chairs for sunny days and a gas grill, so get ready to cook outdoors!

QUIET HOURS: 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. (use of outdoor areas strictly prohibited).
Available on a nightly basis (3 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 4-night minimum mid-June through Labor Day).

Large house, lots of room for 2 families of 5. Super easy location, great golf cart. Just a little on the pricey side, but you definitely get more space than other homes I’ve rented in Avalon. Thank you

It was a good location and big enough for our party of 10. It was expensive but most everything at Catalina is.

My main negative point was that I had tried to message the owner three different times within 5 days and never got one response from the owner having the golf cart there was a big big plus. Plenty of room for everybody FYI the couch in the upstairs living room although it is a hide a bed it does not operate or pull out OneNote when the initial bucket of ice in the refrigerator ran out no more ice could be reproduced it was later found out two days that they disconnect the ice maker
