At the ground floor the entrance door leads to a large living area equipped with sofa arm chair, TV LCD and a dining corner with table and chairs. Minimum stay 4 nights; 7 nights from 25/07/26 to 22/08/26 (arrival day any).
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): on request and extra charge of Euro 50.00 pay cash locally
A security deposit of 1000,00 euros has to be paid in cash on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
