Experience the perfect Lower Delaware getaway in this wonderfully appointed 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome, ideally located between Lewes and Rehoboth Beach. Enjoy easy access to bay and ocean beaches, Cape Henlopen State Park, shopping, and some of the area’s best dining. Nestled at the back of one of the area’s nicest golf courses, the community offers a pool for afternoon relaxation, while a beach caddy with umbrellas and two chairs makes trips to the shore effortless. The attached garage provides secure storage for bicycles, surfboards, and beach gear.
This stylish and comfortable home includes a queen bed in the master, new twin beds in the guest room, a couch with queen Serta sleeper sofa, a Keurig coffee maker, and a small beverage refrigerator in the kitchen. The master bedroom also features a home office area with a powered height-adjustable desk and high-resolution monitor with HDMI connection—perfect for remote work or streaming. With spacious living areas, modern amenities, and a prime location, this townhome combines convenience, comfort, and coastal charm for an unforgettable vacation. This property is situated at the back end of one of the areas nicest par 3 golf courses if you care to take in a match. There is also a Community Pool for afternoon relaxation. The property was beautiful and very clean and tidy. You drive right pass the golf course which is only a stone throw away. The pool is well maintain and very refreshing when it is hot out. The only thing I wish it was a little closer to the beach. The house itself was very clean a tv and every bedroom which was nice and even so board games to play. I would recommend it to others.

Not enough hot water for a family of 7 and the bed doesn’t offer much support. If you like a firm mattress and hot showers this may not be for you. Beside that it was clean. The pool closes at 7 pm every night that’s extremely early when your on vacation.
