We have a new June 2026 oversized AC Unit - During extreme heat (triple-digit temps), AC may struggle to maintain temperatures below mid 70s in the warmest parts of the day. This is an older historic home with original wood flooring and uneven floors.

Maintain your pets on leads as per city laws and be aware that you may see off lead dogs in Mobile. The city and AL dog owners are lax in comparison to other cities.
