The modern vacation rental "Domizil zum Lerchengrund 03" is located in a particularly quiet area in the idyllic Baltic Sea resort of Ückeritz on the sunny island of Usedom. Nestled between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser lagoon and situated right next to the coastal forest, you’ll enjoy the perfect combination of natural surroundings and upscale living comfort. The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach is only about 950 meters away and easily accessible on foot. The “Zum Lerchengrund” complex, newly built in 2025, combines high-quality construction with modern amenities for a relaxing vacation any time of year.

The 50-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor and offers step-free access from the parking lot to the apartment and onto the sunny southwest-facing terrace, where comfortable seating, a parasol, and a small garden area invite you to linger. The open-concept living area, featuring a cozy sofa that can be converted into an extra bed for children under 18 if needed, impresses with its stylish decor, high-quality furniture, tasteful accents, and a 65-inch flat-screen TV with Amazon Prime and Netflix (accessible with your own account). A fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere on cooler days and turns the living room into a true haven of comfort. An awning provides additional sun protection.

The open kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, including an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator, and offers everything self-caterers need. A dining table is perfect for a cozy breakfast or a shared dinner. The bedroom features a comfortable box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), blackout curtains, and a spacious closet, blending harmoniously into the vacation rental’s modern design.

A real highlight is the high-end bathroom with a walk-in shower, its own washing machine, and a Finnish sauna—ideal for relaxing after a long day at the beach. Everything is ready upon arrival: the beds are made, towels are provided, and basic amenities ensure a worry-free start to your vacation. A private parking space next to the house and free, high-speed Wi-Fi via Starlink round out the amenities. The perfect accommodation for anyone who wants to enjoy nature, comfort, and tranquility on Usedom to the fullest.
