The Sonnenblick vacation rental in Loddin offers practical and well-maintained accommodations for up to 4 people in a 40 m² space. The apartment is located on the first floor; it was built in 2013 and last renovated in 2025. With 3 rooms—including 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom—it’s well-suited for couples, small families, or guests who want to combine a relaxing seaside getaway with a conveniently located setting.

The living area is functionally designed with a sofa nook, sofa, armchair, dining table, and an open-concept kitchen. Tile flooring in the living room and laminate flooring in the bedrooms create a pleasant living atmosphere. Thanks to heating, underfloor heating, privacy shades on all windows, and fly screens, the vacation rental is designed for everyday comfort. Wi-Fi is available, as is a TV with digital cable and international channels.

The open kitchen, which opens onto the living room, is fully equipped and makes self-catering easy. You’ll find a 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, as well as dishes, silverware, kitchen utensils, and dish towels. A starter kit is also provided.

The bathroom features a shower, toilet, sink, window, mirror, makeup mirror, and hair dryer. Bedding and towels are included. Additional practical amenities such as a coat rack, dresser, clothes rack, full-length mirror, vacuum cleaner, alarm clock, and smoke and fire alarms round out the offerings.

Particularly pleasant are the balcony and the covered terrace—or rather, the sheltered outdoor area with patio furniture and a parasol. From the accommodation, you can enjoy a view of the garden, an exceptionally beautiful view of the countryside, and a lovely view of the sea. The location in the village and in a rural setting combines tranquility with easy access to important destinations. The sea and the sandy beach are each about 1.35 km away, and a lake is about 1.2 km away. A restaurant is about 900 m away, and shopping options are about 1.85 km away. Public transportation and the train station are only about 430 m away, so a car is not necessary. However, a free private parking space is available for your arrival.

Children and babies are welcome, as are youth groups. Pets are allowed; a maximum of 2 pets is permitted. The Sonnenblick vacation rental is thus a versatile accommodation option for a relaxing vacation that combines the charm of a village, proximity to the coast, and excellent amenities.
