As a road warrior over decades, I have seen good and bad, but I have rarely seen the attentiveness of the staff such as here at the Grand Resort.
Always pleasant but exceptionally helpful. I had an emergency shoe repair needed for my only dress pair, and it was late on a Sunday when it was identified. The staff worked out where to get glue, sent a courier, and within an hour it was repaired. Incredible! I have literally never seen anything like it.
The next day my meeting ran late, and there was the hotel driver still waiting patiently after 45 minutes.
Just an incredible group, and management has reason to be proud of their selection of this team and what great efforts they go to for the hotel.
I don't normally take the time to write reviews, but this team, especially those at the Front Desk and with shuttle driver need special recognition.
I will definitely be back, and encourage my other business associates to also make this their hotel of choice.
