חדר במלון במרכז העיר קרוב להכל. נח נקי ונעים והכי הכי - אוסקר שהיה נחמד מאוד ואדיב, וקיבל אותי עם חיוך, גם החדר מרווח ולא לוותר על המרפסת! רואים שחשבו על כל פרט- הייתה סוכה יפה על הגג ויש מיחמים ופלטות שבת למי שצריך. גם שתי פינות קפה מאובזרות מחכות לאורחים בשטחים הציבוריים- חבל רק שלא שמו קפה מגורען ...

יש כרגע עבודות ברחוב קינג גורג אז קצת לא כיף וגם על ארוחת בוקר - לוותר!!!!! זה בכלל במקום אחר שאפילו לא מצדיק את ההליכה לשם... מיותר לחלוטין .

This is our second visit in this hotel. The location is great,close to everything. The room for 3 persons was big , bright and very clean. The stuff was very pleasant and responsive. Overall perfect.

The location is perfect: near the center and very comfortable to walk to my destination. It was relatively not noisy, so all good in there. I also enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning.

The effiiciency of check in office is below any standards: the lady at the desk is slow and unreliable, leaving me without a key to my room for the night. On top of that, she charged me 17% VAT although I explained to her I'm a US citizen. I spent time in other hotels in Jerusalem and was never asked to pay VAT once they saw my American passport. Also, once I got into the room (only when a person in charge arrived, after 45 minutes of waiting, at 10pm), I missed a place to work on my computer - even a tiny side-desk and a small stool adapted to it would help. Luckily it didn't rain and I could work on the balcony...but, in Jerusalem, December, sometimes it does rain.
