1.posizione. La casa è in una ottima posizione x visite ed in una zona con bar, fruttivendolo, minimarket e ristoranti.
2. pulizia.casa molto pulita e abbastanza attrezzata per farsi da mangiare, magari lasciare olio per chi arriva
3. Molto silenziosa, si dorme bene.
4. Un letto molto comodo, il secondo meno perché piu instabile.
1. La seconda camera era senza finestra e va spiegato a chi la affitta, brutta sorpresa x chi arriva.

It was in a great location. It had a lovely courtyard. Large rooms. Beautifully decorated and very relaxing.

Alloggio in zona Castello, in area tranquilla vicino ad un supermarket e alcuni bar comodissimi per colazione. Da qui in pochi minuti raggiungi le zone della città sia a piedi che in taxi. In poco tempo ti orienti alla grande.
check in rapido e lo stesso per il check out, host disponibile e a disposizione caffè e the per i momenti di relax.
Spazioso e accogliente.
Essendo al piano terra, e a Venezia, entrando avverti odore di umidità che poi rimane negli abiti, non molto salutare a lungo andare... forse servirebbe qualche intervento per ridurre l'umidità interna, non essendoci la possibilità di far circolare molto l'aria. Ma credo che sia una costante qui in laguna.
Letti abbastanza spaziosi (mai abbastanza per marito di 1,90) e forse un po troppo morbidi per le nostre abitudini, ma comunque nuovi come tutta la struttura.

This flat is ideal if you want peace and quiet away from the busy crowds. Once you get the hang of the ferries and alleyways, it’s actually very easy to reach. Shops are just seconds away, and it’s within walking distance of the city centre — every path leads somewhere new. The local shopkeepers were also incredibly kind — we ended up chatting with a few of them and even made some new friends during our stay. It really added to the charm of the neighbourhood.
The flat itself is spacious and comfortable. The bed topper is incredibly cosy, and the air conditioning was a real bonus on warm evenings. The host was lovely and very easy to contact.
The only thing I noticed on arrival was a slight damp smell, but once the air conditioning was on and the windows and back door were open, it cleared quickly. It’s worth remembering this is Venice — built on marshland with water running underneath — so a bit of this is to be expected.
I think the flat would benefit from a simple clothes airer for drying towels and perhaps a couple of updated saucepans, but these are small things. Overall, it was a lovely place to stay.
