Location and friendliness of the owner.
Bathroom and lightening. Lights in the bathroom were out of order. Once you take a shower, water spillage is all over the bathroom's floor.

We had a pleasant stay at the apartment. It was clean and had the basic amenities we needed for our visit. The location was convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby, and the check-in process was simple.
The towels should be replaced. They were so worn.
