Welcome to our stunning 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom estate, perfectly designed for large groups or families. Centrally located in the serene Poipu Beach Estates, this property is just a half mile from the beach, offering a blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience. Our property features a large shared space with the privacy of separate 2 entrances, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms and 3 outdoor lanais. The estate combines two residences: A Luxury Main House and a detached Beach Cottage. The Luxury Plantation house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including 2 lanais. The Beach Cottage has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, including 1 kitchen, 1 family room, and 1 lanai. Each bedroom is equipped with mini-split air conditioning and a ceiling fan, ensuring comfortable temperatures when sleeping. The family rooms feature portable floor air conditioning units for added comfort. The kitchens are outfitted with premium appliances and quartz countertops. Enjoy the peaceful neighborhood and tropical climate from one of the three lanais, each furnished with comfortable seating where you can often hear birds chirping.
Our home is stocked with beach essentials including towels, chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and bodyboards, so you can just show up and head to the beach with your family. As our guest, you`ll enjoy complimentary access to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club, just 1 mile from the house. The club features an open-air gym, waterslide, pool, restaurant, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and more – perfect for kids and adults alike. Poipu Beach, known for its family-friendly atmosphere and excellent snorkeling, is about 1 mile away, while Brennecke’s Beach and the scenic Shipwreck Beach are both within 2 miles. For shopping, both The Shops at Kukui`ula and Poipu Shopping Village are within easy walking distance. Just a short drive away, discover charming shops in Old Koloa Town, only 5-10 minutes away. Indulge in some of Kauai`s best dining just minutes from home at Merriman`s, The Dolphin, Tortilla Republic, Pizzetta, and La Spezia – all within a convenient 5-10 minute drive.

Perfect home for our whole family! Just as pictures showed! Loved being so close to everything in Poipu!

This property is perfect for large family or friend groups. We loved having 2 living spaces. A surf able beach is just 4 minutes away, and Poipu beach with the turtles, is less than 10 minutes from the house. The neighborhood is well kept and quiet. Close to shopping and restaurants. The property accommodated out 4 cars. We were pleased to see they provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We used the washer and dryer and honestly all agreed that everyone could have packed fewer cloths because of them. There are boogie boards, chairs, coolers, beach toys and umbrellas in the garage. The surfboards have been well loved but we still used them. These amenities made beach days a pleasure. We used the athletic club access to lounge the day away after checkout before our red eye flight home. They have a pool, gym, showers and a restaurant. Brandon was very responses with all of our questions and the very few issues we had on property. We’d definitely stay here again.

Super clean, spacious, and looked exactly like the pictures. Nice quiet area, and close proximity to the beach! Loved that we had good beach gear to borrow from them. Anytime I messaged the host they responded within minutes! Only note is it’s not super walkable to restaurants/beach (not a lot of sidewalks in that area, you just walk along the road) which is not a big deal for us but in case that’s important to others!
