If you’re planning on parking a vehicle at Beaver Run, the parking fees will be charged upon arrival. Summer parking is $15/vehicle/night, 4/1/2026-11/30/2026. Winter parking begins 12/1 and will be tiered with $39/vehicle/night Sunday – Thursday and $42/vehicle/night on Friday and Saturday. Please keep in mind that Beaver Run is walking distance to just about everything in Breckenridge. And Beaver Run offers free shuttle transportation around town.
Elevator Access: This property offers convenient elevator access to the unit.
We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent. This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage. If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more. Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.

Great room for a couple or a family with small kids. We stayed three nights and enjoyed the space. Pros: Room was clean, and comfortable and had basic need covered. Central location to all the resorts amenity's. Property location is with in walking distance to hiking, shopping and restaurants. Fan was great and a must to keep the room cool. Cons: The sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable, might be good for little kids but anyone else will struggle to sleep decent. Balcony isn't really useable, its narrow and there are not chairs. While the kitchen did have the basics to cook, there are zero extras other then a salt and pepper shaker. They strip it of all items when the clean. The "Fees" were more then the cost of the three nights, That alone might denture us form staying again.

Room was great. Lodge had everything you could possibly need. And the walk to the ski runs were very short.
