Palazzo Malipiero Trevisan - Le Tre Dimore D'Epoca

Palazzo Malipiero Trevisan was an amazing experience. Near everything in Venice . The owner Marco and Enrica were so nice and very kind , also the young lady at the reception was really nice. ,We felt like home if we go again to Vecine , we will stay here at Palazzo Malipiero Trevisan .. thank you for such a great stay full of history and in agreat location!!! Fyi!!

There is no elevator at this place . But for us it was ok.

The location is in an ancient Venetian palace facing a marvelous square.

Nothing

Posizione e fascino di Palazzo Malipiero con vista sul Campo di Santa Maria Formosa sono indimenticabili.

The property is located in a beautiful historic Venetian building close to San Marco, and the location is undoubtedly very convenient.

However, we felt that the overall experience did not match the price level (around 350 euros per night including breakfast). The room was much smaller than expected and lacked basic storage space. There was no proper wardrobe, only a small recessed hanging area, and almost no shelves or surfaces to place personal belongings. Even the bedside tables were very small and without drawers, making it difficult to organize everyday items such as phones, chargers, glasses, or skincare products. The bathroom had no drawers or shelves for toiletries, which added to the feeling of limited practicality and space. At breakfast, we felt slightly uncomfortable with how closely food portions were monitored, which affected the overall atmosphere. In addition, there was no luggage storage available after check-out, which was inconvenient given our late flight.
