The family-friendly Belvedere Pineta resort is located in the heart of the beautiful lagoon landscape of the northern Adriatic, just 7 km from Grado. Nestled in a shady pine forest, the resort offers not only peace and relaxation but also a wide range of entertainment options. The resort is located directly on a gently sloping beach—beach umbrellas and lounge chairs, as well as pedal boats and canoes, can be rented right on site. Alternatively, the spacious pool offers a refreshing way to cool off. For younger guests, there is a children’s pool with a slide, a spacious playground, and a mini-club during peak season. Active vacationers will also find plenty to enjoy: there is a tennis court and soccer field, mini-soccer fields, volleyball and beach volleyball courts, a mini-golf course, table tennis, bike rentals, and two jogging trails. A restaurant and the beach bar cater to your culinary needs. Additional amenities include: a supermarket with newspapers and tobacco products, a Wi-Fi area, and coin-operated washers and dryers.
The Adria mobile home, approximately 32 square meters in size, accommodates up to 6 people. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. In the open-concept living and sleeping area, a sofa bed provides two additional sleeping spots if needed. The living area also features a satellite TV and a table with chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, dishes, silverware, pots, and a large refrigerator. There is one bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet, and a second bathroom adjacent to the double bedroom with a toilet and sink. The terrace is covered, and a grill is available for rent. Travel time from the Italian border is approximately 2 hours. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same style.
CHECK-IN DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for the check-in and check-out dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is, of course, possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early. In this case as well, departure on the previous day is possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.
POOL
The resort features a spacious pool area. In addition to an adult pool, there is a children’s pool with a fun water slide.
BEACH
The resort is located directly on a gently sloping beach. In a section reserved for resort guests, you can rent umbrellas and lounge chairs. A beach bar is also available.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
The resort offers entertainment for the whole family. In addition to numerous sports and activity options, there is also an entertainment team during the high season that organizes a mini-club, baby dance, and sports tournaments. Travel cribs and high chairs can be rented for a fee if needed (please request when booking).
LEISURE AND SPORTS
Those who want to stay active on vacation are spoiled for choice: there’s a tennis court and soccer field, mini-soccer fields, volleyball and beach volleyball, a mini-golf course, table tennis, bike rentals, and two jogging trails. On the beach, you can rent pedal boats and canoes.

There is a supermarket within the resort itself that sells newspapers and tobacco products. Additional shopping options can be found in nearby Grado (about 5 km).
MEALS
The accommodation features a well-equipped kitchen with a stove, dishes, silverware, pots, and a refrigerator. The resort also features a restaurant and a beach bar. Guests who prefer not to cook for themselves can book breakfast, half-board, or full-board on-site at favorable rates.

A wide variety of water sports leave nothing to be desired. On land, sports such as golf and tennis are available. You’ll find long sandy beaches along the four sections: Grado Pineta, Spiaggia al Bosco, GIT, and Costa Azzurra. Here you’ll find VIP beach areas with large pavilions, baby- and family-friendly beaches with entertainment and play areas, dog-friendly beaches, bars and restaurants for refreshments, water and beach sports activities, cultural events, and music evenings.
