The family-friendly Belvedere Pineta vacation resort is located in the heart of the beautiful lagoon landscape of the northern Adriatic, just 7 km from Grado. Nestled in a shady pine forest, the resort offers not only peace and relaxation but also a variety of entertainment options. The resort is located directly on a gently sloping beach—beach umbrellas and lounge chairs, as well as pedal boats and canoes, can be rented right on site. Alternatively, the spacious pool offers a welcome chance to cool off. For younger guests, there’s a children’s pool with a slide, a large playground, and a mini-club during peak season. Active vacationers will also find plenty to do: there’s a tennis court and soccer field, mini-soccer fields, volleyball and beach volleyball courts, a mini-golf course, table tennis, bike rentals, and two jogging trails. A restaurant and the beach bar cater to your dining needs. Additional amenities include: a supermarket with newspapers and tobacco products, a Wi-Fi area, and coin-operated washers and dryers.
The 40-square-meter Gelso apartment sleeps up to 6 people and is located either on the first floor or on the 1st or 2nd floor. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. In the open-concept living and dining area, a sofa bed provides two additional sleeping spots if needed. The living area also features a satellite TV and a table with chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, dishes, silverware, pots, and a refrigerator. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. The terrace or balcony is furnished and offers a beautiful view of the garden. A grill can be rented on site. Travel time from the Italian border is approximately 2 hours. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same style.
CHECK-IN DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for the check-in and check-out dates as well as the minimum length of stay for your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.
POOL
The resort features a spacious pool area. In addition to an adult pool, there is a children’s pool with a fun water slide.
BEACH
The resort is located directly on a gently sloping beach. In a section reserved for guests of the resort, you can rent umbrellas and lounge chairs. A beach bar is also available.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
The resort offers entertainment for the whole family. In addition to numerous sports and recreational activities, there is also an entertainment team during the high season that organizes a mini-club, baby dance, and sports tournaments. Travel cribs and high chairs can be rented for a fee if needed (please request when booking).
LEISURE AND SPORTS
Those who want to stay active on vacation are spoiled for choice: there’s a tennis court and soccer field, mini-soccer fields, volleyball and beach volleyball, a mini-golf course, table tennis, bike rentals, and two jogging trails. On the beach, you can rent pedal boats and canoes.

There’s a supermarket within the resort itself that sells newspapers and tobacco products. Additional shopping options can be found in nearby Grado (about 5 km).
MEALS
The accommodation features a well-equipped kitchen with a stove, dishes, silverware, pots, and a refrigerator. The resort also features a restaurant and a beach bar. Guests who prefer not to cook for themselves can book breakfast, half-board, or full-board on-site at favorable rates.

A wide variety of water sports leaves nothing to be desired. On land, sports such as golf and tennis are available. Long sandy beaches can be found at the four sections: Grado Pineta, Spiaggia al Bosco, GIT, and Costa Azzurra.
