They were very accommodating even though we submitted our requirements for entry at the last minute. The unit was also very clean and well-maintained. Everything was spotless and comfortable during our stay.
The message on the app did not notify me properly, so I wasn’t able to see it right away. It would have been helpful if there had been an alternative way to contact us, such as via SMS or phone call, so we could have entered the residence more smoothly.
