The property was in a great location; close to restaurants, markets, convenience stores and Insadong Culture street. The property was also clean, offered complementary breakfast and free drinks and coffee throughout the whole stay. The staff were also extremely friendly and helpful.
The room had no storage space for clothes, making an otherwise perfectly sized room feel cramped, and the shower had no slope for drainage, causing water to spread across the bathroom floor.

The hotel staff are very helpful, there is a free drink daily, great shared facilities, phone charger etc. shower water pressure is good

Great location. Walkable to palaces, easy metro access for other sites close by. Good soundproofing. Very lively area to explore, but you don't hear it when you get back to hotel. Laundry facilities, convenience store, two cafes, Gelato place all connected to hotel. Good breakfast. This also is the first hotel I was at that didnt have a bed as firm as a plank which was appreciated. Liked the refrigerator and water. Room was clean and well stocked. I appreciated not having to have housekeeping each day if I didnt choose to.
Room tiny but workable- would have loved a bit more storage options but I made it work. Would have liked coffeemaker rather than just tea in room. There is a half flight of stairs to elevator but they do offer to deliver luggage to be fair. Would have liked the room lights controller by the bed. It is possible I missed the option to turn the lights from the controller off but the button lights were positioned right to where it shone in my eyes. Still would book again.

- No lighting or switch near bed
- The room door and walls must be so thin as I could hear people next door or in the hallway very clearly.
- Weird elevator stops at the middle of two floors so you need to use stairs up and down
- Fridge was really loud
- No storage/closet
